Praxentis · AI

Automated insight for modern care.

Praxentis AI turns clinic data into practical insight — automations, metrics, reporting and decision support. Automation that watches the work, so practitioners can focus on care.

01 — Function

Automation that watches the work.

Praxentis AI is the intelligence division of the studio. It automates the repetitive, measures what matters, and surfaces insight a busy practice would otherwise miss.

automate

Repetitive clinic work runs on a schedule instead of a to-do list.

report

Client-ready documents and recurring summaries, generated not written.

measure

The numbers a practice runs on, captured consistently over time.

monitor

Quiet, continuous checking — compliance, schedules, drift.

surface insight

Findings arrive as clear decisions, not dashboards to decode.

02 — Flagship

The Compliance Audit Pipeline.

An automated Australian healthcare website compliance audit. Hit run, give it a URL, get back a client-ready report.

STAGE 01

URL in

Point the pipeline at a clinic's website. Playwright crawls and captures the live pages.

STAGE 02

Primary audit

A primary model audits against AHPRA, TGA, ACL, Privacy, Spam and cyber-safety criteria.

STAGE 03

Cross-check

Independent models re-check the findings — multi-model verification before anything is written up.

STAGE 04

Report out

A strategic writeup is scored and rendered as a client-ready .docx, delivered with notification.

◐ In development — audit engine complete

Built to be the studio's revenue engine.

The pipeline is the first Praxentis AI product expected to earn: automated audits generate qualified conversations with clinic owners, and each paid audit opens the door to the rest of the Praxentis portfolio.

Sold to Australian healthcare clinic owners. Lead generation → paid audit → considered upsell into Labs products. Nothing about it is theoretical — the audit engine core is built and running; client scheduling is in active development.

03 — Roadmap

Paused, not abandoned.

Two further AI products are designed and partially built. They resume in sequence once the audit pipeline is earning — ship, revenue, fund the rest.

Paused — resumes post-revenue

ai-analyst

An AI analyst for clinic data. Ask the practice a question in plain language; get a measured answer with the working shown.

→ queued behind ChiroLytics OS phase 4

Paused — resumes post-revenue

ChiroLytics OS

A clinic analytics platform for chiropractic practices — the long-term home for Praxentis AI's reporting and decision support.

→ separate dark product identity; in clinical polish

04 — Data policy
“Patient health information does not pass through general-purpose foreign-hosted models.”

This is a hard design constraint, not a marketing line. Praxentis AI systems are architected so that identifiable patient data stays out of foreign-hosted general-purpose models — with Australian infrastructure and Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) alignment as the default posture across the studio.
